These terms follow the Booking Terms. The selected price option and written itinerary identify your inclusions.
- Basic Price: Cab and fuel are included. Toll and State Tax are extra at actuals unless the written quote states otherwise.
- Inclusive Price: Cab, fuel, the displayed toll estimate and applicable State Tax are included as shown before payment.
- Parking: Extra if applicable for either fare option.
- Waiting: First 45 minutes from the scheduled pickup time are free. After that, ₹5 per minute unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Extra pickup or drop: A standard one-way trip has one pickup and one drop. Additional en-route pickups or drops cost ₹500 per stop unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Driver and night expenses: Check the selected fare and written itinerary for driver allowance, night halt and overnight stay. An item explicitly included in the quote is not charged again.
- One way: The agreed direct drop is included; a return journey or later local use must be booked separately.
- Round-trip minimum: 250 km per day for applicable outstation bookings; confirm included kilometres and the extra-kilometre rate.
- Distance calculation: From the confirmed pickup. Round-trip and multi-city travel includes the agreed final return location.
- Sightseeing and tickets: Only agreed vehicle use is included. Attraction tickets, guides, personal expenses and any required local union vehicle are separate unless expressly included.
- Booking advance: Normally 10% of the confirmed fare, after written availability, itinerary and total-fare confirmation.
- Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full advance refund. Less than 24 hours or a no-show: no advance refund.
Travel and safety
- Rohtang Pass is excluded unless separately agreed and permitted.
- Cab and driver details are normally shared about 2 hours before pickup.
- AC may be switched off in hill sections and steep climbs.
- Normal daily driving duty is 8–10 hours; allow the driver 6–8 hours of rest between long shifts.
- Night driving in hills after 9 PM depends on weather, roads and safety conditions.
- The driver may pause or change the route for unsafe weather, road closures or local restrictions. Traffic rules and speed limits apply.
Availability and the final fare must be confirmed before booking.
