- For departures, plan a pickup time that allows for traffic and airport check-in.

How do I get a taxi quote?
Send your pickup, destination, travel date, time and preferred vehicle using the WhatsApp enquiry form. Mention your passenger count, luggage and any extra stops in the message.
Does submitting the form confirm my booking?
No. The form prepares a WhatsApp message. Send it to request a quote, then confirm the fare, vehicle availability and payment arrangement with our team.
What should I check in the fare?
Ask whether tolls, parking, driver allowance, taxes, waiting time and any minimum daily kilometres are included. Get the agreed itinerary and inclusions in writing.
Can I book a one-way or return trip?
You can request either option. Availability and the quote depend on the route, date and vehicle. Add a return date when you need a round trip.
Can you arrange a vehicle for a group?
Ask about the Tempo Traveller and Maharaja options. Confirm the exact seating, luggage space and availability before booking.
How much advance is required?
A confirmed booking requires a 10% advance after the team has confirmed the itinerary, fare and vehicle availability in writing. A form or WhatsApp enquiry alone is not a confirmed booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Contact the team as soon as your plans change. Cancellation received 24 hours or more before scheduled pickup receives a full refund of the advance paid. Cancellation received less than 24 hours before pickup, including a no-show, receives no refund.
