What is Included

• Cab & Fuel: Vehicle rental and fuel are included.
• Toll Tax & State Tax: All toll taxes and state entry taxes are included.
• Driver Expenses: Night charges, food and stay for the driver are included.
• Local Sightseeing: Covered for all destination cities on round trips, except the pickup city.

Extra Charges (If Applicable)

• Parking Charges: Paid extra by the customer where required.
• Personal & Sightseeing Expenses: Entry tickets, temple tickets, ropeway fees and personal expenses are not included.
• Local Union Vehicles: If an attraction bans outside commercial vehicles and requires a local union cab, those charges are paid separately by the customer.

Kilometer & Route Rules

• Starting Point: Kilometers are calculated from the confirmed pickup location.
• Round Trips / Multicity Trips: Total kilometers are calculated from the pickup location and back to the same location.
• Excluded Routes: Rohtang Pass is not included in the package.

Important Travel & Safety Rules

• Cab & Driver Details: Shared 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• AC in Mountain Areas: AC is turned off in hill sections and steep climbs for safety and vehicle engine power.
• Driving Hours & Rest: Daily driving duty is normally 8–10 hours based on the itinerary. Drivers must be given 6–8 hours of rest between long shifts.
• Night Driving in Hills: Late-night hill driving should be avoided. Driving after 9:00 PM depends strictly on weather, road and safety conditions.
• Weather & Local Conditions: Sightseeing depends on traffic, weather, attraction timings and local restrictions. In heavy rain, snowfall, landslides or road closures, the driver may stop or change the route for safety. Drivers follow all speed limits and traffic rules.
