- One Way: Pickup and direct drop only; the return journey is not included.
- Waiting: ₹500 per hour extra when applicable.
- Extra stop / add-on trip: Extra charge applies.
- Driver allowance: Included in the quoted daily rate.
- Toll, parking and state permit: Charged extra at actuals as applicable.
- Night charge: Applicable after 10:00 PM.
- Night halt: A separate charge applies when a driver overnight stay is required.
- Minimum running: 250 km per day for applicable outstation vehicles.
- Kilometre calculation: Calculated from the agreed pickup point to the agreed drop point.
- One-way calculation: Calculated from the applicable round-trip kilometre rate and confirmed in the written quote.
- Taxes: Shown separately in the quote when applicable.
- Booking advance: 10% of the confirmed trip fare is required to confirm the booking.
- 24-hour cancellation: Cancel 24 hours or more before scheduled pickup for a full refund of the advance paid for that booking.
- Late cancellation / no-show: No refund when cancellation is received less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup, or when the passenger is a no-show.
