Fare and price options
The displayed fare is shown as either Basic Price or Inclusive Price. For Basic Price, toll and State Tax are charged at actuals unless confirmed otherwise in writing. For Inclusive Price, the displayed toll estimate and applicable State Tax are included as shown before payment. Parking is extra if applicable in both options.
The final route, vehicle, availability, inclusions and fare are confirmed in writing before a booking is accepted. Rates and availability can change due to route, date, vehicle, road conditions, government charges or itinerary changes.
Booking confirmation and advance
A quote request does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation of availability, itinerary and total fare, followed by the agreed advance payment. Unless a different amount is confirmed in writing, the advance is 10% of the confirmed fare.
Pickup, route and extra stops
A standard one-way trip includes one pickup and one drop. Any additional pickup or drop en route is charged at ₹500 per stop unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Kilometres are calculated from the confirmed pickup location. Round-trip and multi-city kilometres are calculated from the pickup location and back to the agreed final return location.
Waiting, driver and travel safety
The first 45 minutes from the scheduled pickup time are free. Additional waiting is charged at ₹5 per minute unless a different written quote applies. Cab and driver details are normally shared around 2 hours before pickup. AC may be switched off in hill sections or steep climbs for safety and vehicle performance. The driver may pause or change the route in unsafe weather, road closures, traffic restrictions or other safety conditions.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation received 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup is eligible for a full refund of the advance paid for that booking. Cancellation received less than 24 hours before pickup, or a no-show, is not eligible for a refund. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy before payment.
